Revocation of Conditional Use Permit 11-04:
Following failure to adequately maintain the equipment at the 1720 Flower Avenue cell site, city staff have notified ownership, permit applicants, and licensees of noncompliance on this property multiple times as early as 2022. As a result of this non-compliance and inaction, this CUP is being called for a revocation hearing before the Planning and Economic Development Commission for the consideration of removing the zoning approval which allows the tower to operate.
